Plamine Core Care TSUYA & SARA ist ein Nahrungsergänzungsmittel in Pulverform mit Kollagenpeptiden aus Fisch, Eigelbproteinhydrolysat und Mangostan. Es gehört zur Core-Care-Reihe von Plamine, wird in Japan hergestellt und kommt in praktischen Portionsbeuteln.

Der erste tragende Bestandteil ist hydrolysiertes Kollagen marinen Ursprungs, das in kleine Peptide aufgespalten ist und Gelatine aus Fisch enthält. Hinzu kommt ein in Japan hergestelltes Proteinhydrolysat aus Hühnereigelb. Pulver aus der Frucht des Mangostanbaums, in Südostasien traditionell als Lebensmittel verwendet, ergänzt die Rezeptur. Schwarzer Sesam und Ingwer, zwei klassische Zutaten der japanischen Küche, sind ebenfalls als Pulver enthalten, außerdem Kakaopulver.

Gesüßt wird TSUYA & SARA mit braunem Zucker, reduzierter Palatinose und Steviolglycosiden. Die Beutel lassen sich direkt einnehmen oder in Wasser einrühren, sodass sie sich leicht in den Alltag einfügen. Das Produkt enthält Ei, Fisch und Sesam. Die empfohlene tägliche Verzehrmenge sollte nicht überschritten werden, und wie jedes Nahrungsergänzungsmittel ersetzt es keine abwechslungsreiche, ausgewogene Ernährung.
