Shipping terms

This is a courtesy translation. Only the German version is legally binding.

1. Order processing times

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the order is placed. Please note that processing may take longer than usual for large quantities.

2. Delivery time and costs

  • Germany: 2-3 business days | €5.90
  • EU: 1-4 business days | €9.90
  • Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom: 1-4 business days | €14.90
  • USA: 1-4 business days | €24.90

3. Carriers

Orders within Germany

  • DPD, DHL, UPS

Orders outside Germany

  • DPD, DHL, UPS, Hermes, GLS

5. Shipping restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers (Packstations), post offices or pickup points. However, your package may be redirected after dispatch.
  • We only ship to the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, Vatican City
  • We do not ship to the overseas territories of the countries listed.

6. Order tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order with this number on the carrier's website.

7. Damaged or lost items

If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including a refund or replacement. If you have given permission for the package to be left at a location, we cannot be held liable for damage to or loss of the package once the carrier has marked the order as delivered.

8. Customs and import duties

For shipments to countries outside the EU, additional taxes or charges (e.g. customs duties) may apply to your order. These are not collected or invoiced by us, but are payable by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please ask the relevant authorities for details.
