All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) of the order being placed. Please note that processing times may take longer than usual for high volume orders.

5. Shipping restrictions
- We do not ship to PO boxes, packing stations or branches or parcel shops. However, your package may be redirected after shipping
- We only ship to the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Moldova, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, Vatican City, United States
- We do not ship to overseas territories of the countries mentioned
6. Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the carrier's website .
7. Damaged or lost items
If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including a refund or replacement. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss to the package if the carrier marks the order as delivered.
8. Customs and import taxes
When shipping to a non-EU country, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred as part of your order. These will not be paid or invoiced by us, but must be paid by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please contact the relevant authorities for details.
